At Pure BodyWork Wellness, we understand you may have questions about massage therapy and our customized services. We've compiled some frequently asked questions to help you understand what we offer and how we can contribute to your wellness.
What should I expect during my first massage visit?
We want your first visit to be as smooth and comfortable as possible. To help us prepare for your session, we highly encourage you to complete all necessary forms electronically in advance. This saves time at check-in and allows your therapist to review your health history and treatment goals ahead of time, helping to personalize your care.
If you haven't completed your forms online, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete them in the clinic.
If your using Direct Billing:
Please bring the following:
- any valid government ID
- Your insurance card
Please note: A signed eclaim Consent Form is required to process direct billing. If you haven't completed this form electronically, you will be asked to sign it in person at the clinic before your session.
Before your treatment:
Your therapist will:
- Review your intake form and discuss your preferences and treatment goals.
- Explain draping procedures to ensure your comfort and privacy.
- Offer a selection of aromatherapy options, if you wish to enhance your session.
In accordance with professional standards, written consent is required for a massage involving a sensitive area such as:
- Gluteal region (buttock area)
- Chest wall (including pectoral area)
- Inner thighs
- Breast tissue (when applicable)
If these areas are relevant to your care, your therapist will explain the purpose and request your informed, written consent before proceeding.
Your safety, comfort and well-being are our top priorities. We welcome open communication at any time before, during or after your visit.
How to book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is quick and easy!
Option 1: Book Online
- Visit our website: www.purebodyworkwellness.ca
- Click the “Book Now” button — you will be redirected to our secure Noterro booking platform.
- First-time users will need to:
- Sign up using your email address
- Create a password
- Enter your full name and cell phone number
- Once registered, you can select your preferred service, treatment duration, therapist, date and appointment time.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with your appointment details and a link to complete your intake form.
Note: If you plan to use your insurance for direct billing, an additional form — the eClaim Consent Form — will be sent to you. Please complete it before your appointment to ensure a smooth billing process.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment:

Payment is due at the time of service. If you are using direct billing, please ensure your coverage is active and bring a valid ID and insurance information to your appointment.
Is parking available?

Parking Information
For your convenience, we offer two parking options:
1. Street Parking – Duplex Ave.
- Located on the side street next to Gorgeous Nails Spa
- Free after 6:00 PM
- Free all day on Sundays
2. Free Underground Parking – 15 Greenview Ave., North York, M2M 4M7
- Entrance is on the street beside Brick and Butter Bakehouse
- After entering the driveway, locate the small intercom on the far left
- Press the intercom and inform the concierge that you are heading to commercial parking for a massage appointment
- The garage door on the right side will be opened for you
- Park in any commercial-designated spot
- Exit through the 28 Finch Ave West door (green door with glass panels)
- Outside, you will see the lobby entrance leading to the 2nd floor, Unit 201
Important Information
- After 6:00 PM, as well as on weekends and holidays, the lobby door remains locked
