Booking and Cancellation Policy
At Pure BodyWork Wellness, our goal is to provide a calm, respectful, and professional environment where each client receives dedicated time and personalized attention. To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to our booking and cancellation policies before scheduling a massage therapy appointment.
Cancellation Notice
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This courtesy allows us to offer the available time to another client who may be on our waiting list. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Late Cancellation and No show
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. However, to be fair to our therapists and other clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policy:

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost. -
No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment without notice, a 50% no-show fee will be charged. Clients who no-show more than once may be required to prepay in full for any future bookings.

Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. In such cases, we will always approach the matter with empathy and understanding. If an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.
Clear communication allows us to support you respectfully while also maintaining fairness for our therapists and other clients.
Late Arrival
We strive to accommodate all our clients, and punctuality is greatly appreciated to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. If you arrive significantly late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment time to avoid inconveniencing other clients and maintain our schedule.

Booking Confirmation
We send appointment reminders via email or text message, followed automated phone call for your convenience. However, please note that the responsibility to remember and manage your appointments ultimately rests with you.
