We have established the following cancellation policy to provide the best possible service to all our clients.
Cancellation Notice
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the vacant appointment slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.
Late Cancellation or No show
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or fail to show up to your schedule appointment. We will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee's cost.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will handle such situation with empathy and understanding. Please communicate with us as soon as possible in the event of an emergency, and we can work with you to find a suitable solution,
Late Arrival
We strive to accommodate all our clients, and punctuality is greatly appreciated. However, if you arrive significantly late for your appointment, we may need to shorten the duration of your service to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
Booking Confirmation
We send appointment reminders via email or text message for your convenience. However, the responsibility to remember and manage your appointments ultimately rests with you.
